Hi Guys and Ladies,

I'm new (obviously), name is Alistair. I've been curious about getting a T for about 3 or 4 months now and just recently a friend of mine started collecting them, which has reignited my enthusiasm for the idea.

I signed up here because it's local so I thought it would be a good place to find out where some reputable shops are in JHB/Randburg area. I checked out TarantulaCafe so was thinking of getting in touch with Hendrik and perhaps going to speak with him and check out his collection.

I live close to Northgate and I went and looked at the collection at VIP pets but I am aware of the pitfalls with buying from a retail store, so I'm a bit hesitant about that. I'm very good about putting something off until I'm completely sure about it.

So yeah, basically just saying hello to you all and give me some pointers in the right direction :).

Welcome to Site.

Hendrik is based in Mpumalanga so very far away from JHB.
But he sends spiders out.
