I got my boehmei at 4.5cm and the red was VERY clear on the legs already. Starts out as red at the knees and turns pink towards the feet.

That looks like a B vagans you have, but it is hard to tell as there are quite a few that apparently look very similar.

Either way, a healthy spider is a pretty spider :D

I bought it because it had such brilliant colours at such a young age. Same with the Cyclosternum fasciatum. As small slings they already have the adult colouring.

My 3.5cm Grammostola pulchripes has the little yellow marks on the knees starting to appear. Will get some pics once it hardens up enough after the recent molt.

Here is a picture of my Brachypelma albopilosum sling.
Approx 4.5cm now. Freshly molted.
It has already darkened somewhat after this picture and I will take some more during my photo session later.

@ Brachy- edit the pic in an editing program so the dimensions are max 800x800 and no larger than 400kb otherwise it won't work
