I have personally seen a male missing a leg with his tibia hook, and out of 3 males he was the most aggressive out of all the other males to mate.
You could place his enclosure right next to the females enclosure for 1 day and then remove his enclosure to see how he reacts?
Or take some of the females webbing and place it inside his enclosure to see if this encourages him to make a sperm web.
The other technique I tried once is to get a thin art paint brush, and lightly touch the males Chelicerae and pedipalp area, and the same with the female and end back with the male. Some say this helps "informally to let the male and female know that there is an opposite sex available"
This is my 2 cents. Wishing you the best and looking out for your breeding report
