Can you maybe get a pic of it at this moment or after the molt? There seems to be some deformity in the last picture.

The pedipalps seem to have been amputated and there is some deformity of the front pair of legs... Is this a major concern or will it return to normal on the subsequent molt? I'm guessing this might cause difficulty in catching pray so should I move it out of the big enclosure into a smaller, unfurnished tub where 'hunting' would be easier until its better?

Looks like a MM ultimate molt but @ 9cm seems a bit small.

From that pic it looks like a mature male I can see the tibial spurs.

No deformity issues there.
It's a mature male
And that was his final molt.

His size might be in relation to:

Feeding or enclosure size

No need to stress, just his life is over as we know it.

You'll see more webbing as he creates sperm webs, might even do it upside down some times.

I doubt he will be making any sperm webs if he has lost he's pedipalps!

Diffidently a Mature Male.

When feeding him pre kill the prey item and just dropped it into the enclosure fairly close to him, he will still catch and eat no problem or you can give it to him live.

As a male he will live for a couple of months to a year or longer.
Just keep him cool, with a water bowl for moisture.

MM don't eat allot so if he goes off eating don't stress.
