Lasiodora parahybana Female 13cm.
Lasiodora difficilis Male 13cm.
Psalmopoeus cambridgei Unsexed 4cm.
Brachypelma boehmei Unsexed 3cm.
Brachypelma albopilosum Unsexed 5cm.
Nhandu chromatus Female 13cm.

Lets see:

1 x Acanthoscurria geniculata (Giant White Knee) went from a whopping 1cm to a massive 1.2 cm
1 x Holothele incei (Trinidad Olive) went from 3 cm to 5cm
1 x Cyclosternum Schmardae (Don't know the common name) moulted and wen from 1.5 cm to 2cm
1 x Poecilotheria ornata (Fringed ornamental) went from 4cm to 5cm

These are going to moult within the next two weeks:

1 x Thrixopelma ockerti (Hoping it's female, crossing thumbs)
1 x Nhandu chromatus (Brazilian Red and White)
1 x Phormictopus cancerides (Haitian Brown)

Couple of moults in December 2011:

Stromatopelma calceatum MF 14cm
Hysterocrates gigas (10) 5cm
Thrixopelma ockerti (3) 2.5cm
Chilobrachys dyscolus MF 14cm
Tapinauchenius violaceus MF 11cm
Brachypelma albopilosum MF 12cm
