Good Afternoon all

My name is Francois and in September 2011 I got my first tarantula namely a Nhandu Chromatus. I figured that this was the only way to see if the hobby was for me or not. It is now 7 months later and i can proudly say that my collection has grown to 6 amazing tarantulas. There is still tons of stuff that i need to learn so that i can enjoy the hobby even more, but i am sure through time i will and this forum is already helping a lot.

So far in my collection (in order of getting them)
1. Nhandu Chromatus
2. Haplopelma Lividum
3. Brachypelma Boehmei
4. Nhandu Coloratovillosus
5. Psalmopoeus Cambridgei
6. Poecilotheria Regalis (which i got 09 March 2012, very excited about this beauty)

I am sure with time the names will get easier because at this moment i am struggling a lot with the scientific names.

Thank you in advance for this wonderful forum.

No stress :) Scientific names are definitely something worth learning, even if over the long run, it just avoids a lot of stress and confusion among certain species.
