Buy fake/dry moss and glue it into place with a gluegun or you can just heat the end of the gluestick for the gluegun with a lighter and apply that way.

Personally i don't like moss. It stinks and usually needs to be kept damn all the time, which would make it a prime spot for fungus and other weird and wonderful things to grow on and under.
Experience is a wonderful thing. It enables you to recognize a mistake when you make it again.
