This is the little monster that I captured on my arm, if you look closely you will see he is actually upside down, hanging on my arm hair, close to my elbow....

Holy daaaaaammmmmnnnn that little guy is tiny. Reminds me of a Riniculeid, but THAT is highly unlikely
