You need to focus on the circled area and then need to focus the smaller circled area to be able to sex your spider 100 percent.

Ventral sexing is more a guessing game and only gives you a 50/50 guess at best.
The folio pattern on the abdomen and carapace is one way to sex Pokies, but some species is a bit harder to sex this way.

But from the folio pattern it looks like a female to me.
How big is the spider?

Like Jake I would have gone with female from the ventral and dorsal pics but I don't see any spermathecae in your molt pic which would mean you have a male.

You can take an Aphonopelma to crickets but you can't make it eat!

Looks to be female from the ventral pic .. The spermathecae on young p.metallica females is quite small and sometimes hard to see ,

Ventral is not also 100% ,I have a p.formosa that looks very female from ventral but is a mature male , will add pics tomorrow
