I have a question. My P metallica molted yesterday and is now a mature male.
Just before the molt, he webbed excessively. I cleaned the enclosure a few weeks ago, but he has really messed it up again, worse than ever.

My question is this, should I bother to clean up the enclosure before mating or should I wait until the mating and THEN clean the enclosure?

Should I even bother, I just feel a bit embarrassed about the state of the enclosure. No smell or anything rotting, just looks dirty.
