Hi All,
It has been a while since my last visit to the forum. I hope everyone is well.
I do not know if anyone can remember, but I've got a G. rosea who just refused to eat for months on end. Well she finally started eating and I went through the same mixed emotions one would go through when your child takes a first step.
Since she first ate, she has been eating often, but her enclosure keeps getting a horrible smell. I know if you don't bother to take out crickets, they die and the enclosure eventually starts to smell, but I always take out uneaten crickets. I've replaced the peat now a few times and cleaned out the enclosure but the smell comes back within a few days.
Is there some logic to this and can it be unhealthy to the T?
Hope someone can help.
