I was cleaning C huahini enclosure when I noticed silvery sheen floating in the middle of the dish.

They are about 1-2mm long. I couldn't inspect the T as it has closed itself off, presumably to molt.

Dont know the scientific name but they are harmless, you will only find them in the water bowl, and not on your tarantula. I might be wrong but you use diffident types of substrate in your tank ? in between the substrate that you use is some of the polystyrene balls and those glitter stuff i suspect that is were thy come from. When you redo your tank just put the substrate in the oven or microwave for a few min to kill any funny "alien sperm" micro organisms that might still be alive and kicking
