Just got back from the clinic after having a tetanus shot. Seems the prickly feet I experienced weren't feet at all. Got tagged on the elbow, which explains the lack of pain. I felt a prick, but at the time I was more concerned about getting my wife to get the camera. I thought nothing of it at the time. This morning, I noticed a swollen area on my elbow, and it was quite sensitive. Then I started experiencing lower back pain. In the beginning, it was just a little bit of discomfort, but through the day it has progressed to the point where it is rather uncomfortable. I was still convinced it was nothing. The final straw, was the spasming in my lower back and right buttock. It feels like a pinched nerve. Also have some joint pain in my right hip. I can't bend over, as I get a shooting pain in my ass and muscle spasming. It is not nearly as bad as what Cascade experienced, but it is very uncomfortable.
Something else that is interesting, I was bitten on the left elbow, but most of my pain (besides the kidneys) is on the right side of my body. Also experiencing random hotspots. It's hard to explain, but it's a burning feeling that occurs in my forearm. It comes and goes. Not too bad really, just interesting.
Seems I've been making every mistake in the book lately.
Will post a pic of the bite site once my wife figures out how to use her new phone
