Male – pinkT
Female – Hendrijs
Mated – November 2011 (only once)
Egg sac - 5/12/2011
Egg sac was produced at 28-32˚C with Humidity of 90%+

Egg sac opened 29/12/2011

With tarantulas there are no rules. Some females take it slow, some you don't know if they attacking or mating, it also depends on the male and if the females like him or not.

I suppose, like anything, experience is key. The reason I ask, is because I have been told that GBB females are notorious for killing the male and that it will often take a few males to get the job done.
