Hi everyone I bought 6 Cameroon red slings 1-2 cm to setup a communal.
What enclosure size would be appropriate for them? and any other tips would be helpful.

Hi dexter.

Bearing in mind that your communal could go south fast and down the line you might end up with a couple of your spiders missing in action.

SO first get the tank set-up and ready for them, then add them in.
you can wait till they have all settled down and had chance to meet each other then can feed them.
They burrow allot so a cage that substrate is nice and deep will be great.

You can start off with a smaller tank, maybe a 200mm squared tank.
As they grow you can move them into a bigger tank.

Would also suggest feeding them on a weekly bases or every 14 days. With 14 to 20 prey items, just so every spider has a chance to grab food.
Some spiders will grab a couple of prey items and then go off and eat he's prize.

That is a nice looking cage you got.
Know the digging will start, and plenty holes at that.

Maybe consider giving them a water bowl.
