What would be THE roach to keep in a colony if you can only have one colony?

Must be easy to keep
Preferably not able to run up smooth sides of Addis bins - nymphs included
Good feeder for various sizes of spider (currently I only have 8 slings 1-4cm)
Don’t burrow into substrate
No bad smells

If I could only have one individual roach, then it would have to be Gravid Female Deaths Head Cockroach, but if I could only have one species, it would be Blatta latteralis (Turkistand/Forest Roach) breed like.....cockroaches, can't climb smooth surfaces, good sizes for all tarantulas and don't burrow as you don't use substrate with them. All roaches will have bad smells, so yeah.

Also Blatta Lateralis, they mission on the ground and makes them easy picking for terrestrials, and they also climb well so they find your arboreals too. They reach a good size and have a decent amount of "meat".

Unfortunately they are a little moody and often drop their egg cases if startled or bothered too much, and if conditions arent' right, the egg cases don't hatch. (This is my experience anyway)

I'm actually looking for a colony of these if anyone can help.
