Hello everybody. I have been keen to collect tarantulas for some time now given my fascination with all things critter. I don't currently have any spiders but will be getting some young'uns soon and would really appreciate some advice. I have spent a lot of time doing research so as not to subject my future furry friends to undue stress. Any advice would be welcome. I live on the East Rand and if there are any members in my area perhaps we could chat...?
Great informative forum by the way. Now all I need to do is get aquainted with all of the many species and the tongue twister names.

Ha Ha... I'm 38 so those were the days indeed but "punks not dead!". Actually metalhead by breading but punk is indeed appreciated. :lol:
