Last week I was lucky enough to watch Marsmellow molt, the only thing that had me a bit worried about her is the fact that she did not flip over to do her molt, but instead she did it sideways up against her enclosure, needless to say she came out perfect and her colours are looking Stunning :happy:

She is one beautiful Brachypelma....

By far my favorite Brachypelma species. I can't seem to find any B. Klaasi slings for sale though.

@Briathos, not sure about her size at the moment will ask Syd to measure her, but she is not mature yet, her previous molt was about four months ago.
Yes they are hard to find I myself did some research on looking for one, but had no luck yet to find them or get some reasonable price on them.

@Dave, hehehe, yes Marsmellow is not a name used for your pets, but that is what Syd named her. Shadow is not mature yet, and no he won't be mating, Syd and myself is just keeping our T's to care for and enjoy them, but not to breed.

Maybe theres something wrong with my eye sight, but he looks pretty mature to me. Maybe a better pic would help.But ornata are awesome looking pokie hey.

Yes they are indeed a beautiful pokie Dave :happy: , could you please explain, how you tell if a male or female pokie is indeed mature, as I know with other T's they get the hooks and boxing gloves. I will take a pic of Shadow over the weekend in day light and then post it on here to look at.
