plants inside tanks

Hi Guys,
What type of plants are good to put in a tarantula tank? I know they shouldnt be treated with pestisides and washed before being put in, but I would like to try a variety of plants and see how it works out for me. I've seen hen&chicken? (think that what its called) and mondo grass. Anything else that you found works for you?
Some of you used cork bark in your tanks. Where did you get it? or if you could choose any other bark/wood, what is safe to put in?

Nefertiti if you get your self this book (THE COMPLETE ENCYCLOPEDIA OF TERRARUIM) isbn no:90-366-1593-3 it will give you a nice amount of plants that you can and cant use
