Hi Guys & Gulls

Every now and then the question get ask about your Tarantulas diet and feeding it diffrent bugs and insects!

I was wondering some guys with snakes that only eat other snakes breed and buy snakes to feed to there snakes.

So would it be wrong to breed Brachypelma albopilosum and feed them to your spiders as some sort of a diet change or a treat every now and then?

Myself
I dont think I could stomach doing such a thing
I felt sick watching my One spider getting eaten by my Female tarantula!

Valid Q....Same as some breeding ball pythons and redtail boas to feed their king cobra's....i dont like the idea, as boa's are a fav of mine. But so is life...but would i breed Ts to feed others.....no i wont. ill rather breed anoles and feed them that as a change of diet

Success is just like being pregnant ... Everybody congratulates you but nobody knows how many times you were screwed in the process

...and even if you decided to do it, it would be so mutch work so raise them individually as feeders!

The problem is not so much in the work required, but in the cost involved. It will just work out way to expensive to actually go this route as a feeder option.

I have heard of people breeding beardies to feed to their lizard eating snakes, but how true the story is I'm not sure.
