I think it depends on how many you are willing to have and how many you are capable of feeding. I have about six at the moment and waiting for two Trinidad Olives (Holothele Incei) to arrive.

my mom and i have
1 g pink toe
1 indian violet
2 hazian brown
4 curly
3 cilian rose
1 salmon pink bird eater
3 chaco golden knee
1 brazilian red and white


feeding them crickets, the 4 curly's are refusing to eat the hazian brown's and cilian rose dont want to eat at the moment...

You can have a cazillion T's if you want... the question is how many can you handle :)

This is technically not a legal hobby (but we're working on it), but there are no limits :)

Hi Mist and welcome to the forum! Please try to learn the scientific names of your tarantulas as soon as possible as this helps to avoid confusion (re: forum rules)

To your question, it's space, time and your budget that will limit your collection. Most T' keepers eventually specialise on certain types of spiders that appeal most to them.
