Nobody should have them without a permit in the first place!

'Ceratogyrus' would have the best answer for you!

If anybody wants to know anything about locals please
have a chat to 'Ceratogyrus' he will help where he can!

Ive spoken to him about this- he has no problem helping!

Thanx

thy will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us...

I have asked fangs to please unlock this thread so that i dont have to recieve any more rude pm's from certain members or listen to them crying anymore.
So to answer your question.
If you happen to have an illegal spider, you either need to kill it or donate it to someone with a valid permit that is willing to take it.
Any other questions that anyone would like to know regarding this subject?

Well said Cerat!

My reson for locking the thread-(so that i also dont get anymore rude pm's)

Another thread was posted by the same user shortly before this one (that i removed)

The thread was about the user trying to swop local tarantulas for exotics! This is one
of the worst things our hoby needs, another person swopping locals for exotics!!!!

This thread was posted shortly after- hence me posting what i did and locking it!
not wanting it to go down the rout of the previos thread that was removed!

Thanx

If a member has an illegal specie, is it possible to release it in its normal environment, if not Why???

Releasing it is not recommended.
It could have picked us some virus or bacteria that is not naturally found in the wild.
Plus you would have to release it in exactly the same area it was found in.
Considering the person doesn't even know what spider this is, it might be difficult and you may just introduce a species that is not naturally found there.
