2 x Large communals Holothele incei (to much to count)
The best to keep communal, overcrowding will cause some fatalities.
8 x Holothele incei 'gold'
Excellent, still juvenile but no losses.
10 x Avicularia "avicularia"
Still early days so far so good.
10 x Hysterocrates gigas
Good until they reach maturity, then its a huge disaster. Only the most dominant female survives.
30 x Pterinochilus murinus
Good until a male matures and the most dominant female gets ready for breeding.
10 x Poecilotheria ornata
Still juvenile but only one big fat one remains. DISASTER
10 x Poecilotheria regalis
So far so good of the two communals one or two has disappeared, probably the weaker ones.
10 x Brachypelma vagans
This was purely a test, of the 10 two made it to sub adults, both turned out to be female. I broke this up when they reached 6cm.
5 x Thrixopelma ockerti
I made 20 communals of 5 in a communal. So far they have all survived and have moulted ones successfully. They don't share food but have made a communal nest.
10 x Monocentropus Balfouri
Mother with babies. Excellent, I have noticed that babies left with the mother grows at about double the rate others would.
