Hi Kevin, first of all, just relax.
This spider is still very small and has just been moved. Your substrate seems quite wet, but the T looks healthy. At this small size they are still more of a scavenger than a hunter. Leave it alone for a week, then try again to feed it. Take a fresh cricket and snip it in half. Place this near the T and leave it be. If it hasn't eaten it the next morning, remove it and try again a few days later.
If it still doesn't feed, watch for the abdomen turning dark, which is a sign that it is nearing a molt. It is still very light and not close to molt at present. In the meantime search for similar threads in this forum under the newbie section and read the links given by Uncle Stan.
