Fleas?

I am with Panama, i know of a stink bug that does that, if i remember right there is some sort of chemical reaction that makes them shoot up.

Cerat wins, it's Elateridae, click beetles. The entire family can do this.

I don't know about a member of the stink bugs which may be able to jump like this, but would it be able to do that while on its back? But I've been asking for a family anyway
