I ask a question. According to me the answer is A, or I only know about A.
Someone answers B, and provides proof that the information is correct.

Is the answer right or wrong ?

well if you have asked the question the answer should relate the question asked by yourself.
And with you asking the question you should also do reseach to back up your question and the answers that will be given.

It also is down to your descreation wheather the answer is correct or not, also to be far and to set the tone of the answers you receive.
