No, sorry. The Satin Bower Bird may be able to collect blue things more than other colours, but maybe it's just distinguishing between pigments in a way that looks like itself. It doesnt mean it sees blue... :)

Could be wrong, but I read somewhere that birds see in colour, including ultra-violet.

Birds can see colour, but only one kind of bird can see the full spectrum, including BLUE. :)
