Really nice well done ,one question? How would you mount it in the tank and seal it off so that no crikets or roaches would get in underneath or behind because that surely can also be a nice breeding spot for nasty critters

Well it is for a snake tank
I built it in the tank so as it stands there it is made for the spce so its a really tite fit
I have to use some force to fit it in and when its painted it a really tite fit
This is the snake cage Im talking about

But there is two ways I seal it one is to use substrate stuck behind wich when it dries makes it hard .?
2nd way is to use silicone to stick it to the back or nice amount of thick paint to seal all the joins that mite allow this from happenig..
the bottom will be covered with substrate so the bugs wont be able to go under

But one thing I do is with these designs I often do spring cleaner in there tanks to make sure there is no nasty bugs and stuff hiding out behind it

But I just add A couple of Isopods they take care of any dead cricket stuck some where

I know its been some time.Here is what I have done so far .
Time has become a bit to little to focus on this project as much as I would of liked

I found some really awsome designs on another site and it kinda makes me wont to give some other designs ago But I will first try finish this on off and get it to look like I wont it to look before I carry on with any other projects .

This is going to have a pond made out of glass with the water going under the cave with a pump to pump the water up ..
There is 3 little ponds on top of the water fall design and if I worked it out right it should flow down and look like a water fall ..

This is ment to look like trees that have died and fallen down. two fallen down that I turned into hiding spots .
