Friend of mine has tarantula and he dont know what species it is. First he thought its B. vangas now he think its B.epicureanum... Please help ,here are some photos

Brachypelma angustum

@ cascade, how can you tell?

I find it impossible to tell between vagans, agustum, and epicureaum. Iv physically seen all and have no idea
how to tell. Maybe its the same method Duke explained about taking the legs measurement and dividing and that
whole method.

I would guess between vagans and augustum because they more common than epicureaum.

Its not Brachypelma angustum because he has fresh moulted Brachypelma angustum at home and she is different

Well he lives in Germany and there you can find tos of T as common You know what I mean. So maybe it can be B.epicureanum

Google for one, and Gallery of breeding tarantulas If you take a look at legs 4 and 8 the legs have spike red hair.
And then if you look at the abdomen, the hair is firey red hair.


It could also be a Brachypelma sabulosum

I find it so much harder to ID spider if you have not had it in your collection or by just looking at pictures.
