Fantastic idea...
I use my mobile often to check the website while I am away from my PC or work, it takes forever to load and display everything on a 3G connection even.
Also, with the level of Service Providers in the country we all know what it's like to have our internet services interrupted. A mobile version would be a great help in keeping us in contact.
Just my 2c.
