What is the most accurate hygrometer available in the country, I have tried exo tera but doubt its accuracy.

I believe that the accuracy of hygrometers in general depends on how well they have been calibrated. The easiest way to do that is to wrap them (or their feeler) in wet cloth for a few minutes and then adjust the hygrometer to 100% humidity. That should be done on a regular base to maintain accuracy.

I was in a nursery once which had a digital Min/Max Hygrometer, this device showed the shop owner the maximum and minimum temperatures in the nursery as well as the minimum and maximum humidity levels in a 24 hour period. Not sure where you get them, but I guess nurseries might be a good place to start? Hope this helps.
