However I do feel the need for a capability to report bad behavior to mods. If someone is being a douche, or we find a bot post etc, we need a "Report" link so we can bring it to the attention on the mods/admin. Something quicker than a PM.
1: "Report this post"
2: "Are you sure, yes/no" Click yes or no.
3: Post details and link are sent to mod.
Something like that.

B. Remove if possible and asap
HS, there is a little button just above the "reply" button that says "report to moderator". No idea if it works or to who it would be reported, but the feature is in existence already
