I stand by that if you know what to look for and which species are easier to sex ventrally than others you can get pretty close to 100% accuracy... Iv had a 100% success with my own spiders so far... I also believe that most people have no idea what they are looking for and thus thumb suck....

I agree, certain species are easier to sex via ventral sexing, but it is not accurate for all species as shown in these few threads.
What bugs me is, what is the use of the sexing if its not accurate? I would rather keep mine as unsexed until I know for sure its sex. Sure other people might feel differently, but suppose that is just me.

Yeah let's face it, ventral sexing is anything but accurate, however, seen from the right angle with the right light, you can sometimes be pretty confident ( as I was this time saying 100% female) purely because in your pic there's a clearly visible 'flap' or opening and no male has that.... I had no doubt it was female :-)

You can take an Aphonopelma to crickets but you can't make it eat!
