Its weird that it got eaten. When I mated them, there was absolutely no agression he towards each other. The female was very receptive and the male had all time in the world to make a clean get away

Minax T's are awesome! I have 2 and I hope one is a male, will let you know ;)

The careers teacher told me I had a clear choice: if I didn’t end up going to university I’d end up robbing post offices.

Well I made a stupid Newbie mistake.
He got eaten by my A geniculate , I had a double tank, and I had both lids open at the same time, which I have done a couple of times not thinking either one will decide to climb the glass. I turned around to get the spray bottle and ja. :pinch:
I tried to safe him, but A geniculate was way to strong and fast for me. But I felt sick to my stomach after seeing that happen.
From that day on, I work with one spider at a time and put it away before I move onto the next one or make sure the lid is closed.

I think H Minax are awesome, I was lucky enough to see a Mature female, the owner would not let me touch her though  , the day I went to collect my spiders she was sitting in the one corner.

Sorry to hear that, but so we learn. Hopefully there will be some slings soon.

H.minax is really an awesome pet hole. ;) I dont see her a lot. Most nights I see one or two feet sticking out of the hole, but when she does decide to come out it makes all the waiting and watching so worth while.
