I thought of posting a thread to open discussion on feeding.

What do you feed? Roaches, Crix etc etc...

How does your tarantula react to variety?

In nature they have no choice but to take down what comes their way.

Do you breed your own feeders? What methods do you employ to breed?

Hey TH

As you saw, I use N. cinerea roaches and I usually purchase a small tub of crickets every two weeks for the fussy T's.

I won't say I've attempted to breed my Roaches, they do that on their own. I has some 200 odd escape recently and the colony doesn't even look smaller.

I NEVER use water gel; it goes miff when the roached kak all over the place. I feed cat food and apples. No water is needed.

This is your life, and it's ending one minute at a time

When I buy slings I try to order a tub of pinhead crickets at the same time.Be for long the crickets are much bigger than my slings so I just kill the crickets first then feed them to my T`s.
