Glad to oblige. Unfortunatly I can't read most of that since my afrikaans isn't all that good :| The one guy on the facebook page said something about that he doesn't support the ownership of animals. But I'm pretty sure he must have a dog or two like most? Personally, the only thing that made the whole episode worthwhile was seeing some of the things they had at the expo. Did anyone see the scorpions for R25? Wonder if they were Emperors or P. transvaalicus?

They were Hadogenes. Kept on peat :( Poor fellas, I really really wish I could have saved them.

Where about in that "documentary" wore the scorpions selling for R25?

There are supposed scorpions that look like Emperors, they look some thing like this.

The pic is a bit blurry, but that looks like some kind of Forest Scorpion (Heterometrus sp.) Most often "Emperors" in South Africa are actually Heterometrus and not Pandinus. They are usually more aggressive, and some may even have a much more potent venom than do Pandinus.
