Hi Everyone,

Just a bit of a sad day for my MM A. Purpurea.
I was checking up on all my T's today and found that my Avic had its mature moult today except it was a bad one as he turned out all cripple and deformed but alive. This just broke my hart to see the little guy not being able to do anything for himself. He is just in such a bad state!!!!! :( :( :( :( :(
I have made him comfortable in a ICU Enclosure because i don't know what to do with him. This is the first time such a thing has happened to me, any advice on what to do with such a happening??????? :( :( :(

So then they handcuffed me and said: " Anything you say can and will be held against you"
So I said: "Megan Fox"

Wow that's harsh :( Sad seeing such a beautiful tarantula in that state. I can't shed any light on it cause I haven't experienced anything like that but suppose if you keep him nice and warm, kill his food and place it close it his fangs and some water too, maybe after a molt he'll be better or something.

He just had his maturing moult, so doubt he will be moulting again.

Unfortunately he won't molt again as you mentioned he matured with this molt.

The best you can do is keep his food killed and easy for him to eat. He wont have an appetite for very long.
I don't really think ICU is gonna help much. Just keep him comfortable for his last few months.

Honestly, it doesn't look like that guy is going to survive very long, it's up to you what you want to do (give it a quick death or wait) but it will eventually die unfortunately :( This is worse than when a T is just found dead as you know it's going to die and there's nothing you can do.
