I know that if you over feed Xenesthis, there abdomen mite split a few days before it molts.
Sometimes the Xenesthis mite be able to recover them selfs.

When I first started in the hobby I was feeding my spiders 3 to 5 crickets a week.
I moved it to every 2^nd week now I sometimes feed them every 3^rd week or monthly.
The smaller slings get feed every 2^nd week.
They only get 2 to 3 prey items, depending on the size of the prey items.

I have to be with cascade on this one....
When i started i fed my T's every single day they grew abnormally big in a very short time...but now that i know of better i only feed them once a week and i give each T 1 to 2 crickets depending on the size and a roach here or there....

I feed all my T's big or small 1 prey item (Roach or Cricket) per week.
