Hi Guys,

So my collection has grown to 41 T's and i needed somewhere to keep them where they were all in the same place and it was easier to keep track of them and feed them. So i decided to embark on a project which was my first, but im pretty happy with the way it turned out. Here are some pics ... please let me know what you think.

Some details of the cabinet:
The cabinet is 1200mm across by 1300mm height and 300mm deep.
Made from chipboard
Cut inserts into the wood and covered with plexiglass with breather holes drilled into it

This is the basic shape of the cabinet:

Finished the cabinet, added the lights (x 4 energy saving globes for light more than warmth) and added some heating pads for warmth... this by the way made a world of difference to the T's there are out more now than they ever were berfore.

Please let me know what you guys think ...

Thanks

Looks great!
The lights are a nice touch.

I recently built one myself but have to always have a torch nearby.

I think I'll embark on a small project to add some lights as well :)

Just remember not to keep them under constant bright light ;)

Thanks for the reply guys...

@I.R.Baboon, the lights are on a timer and only come one for about an hour in the early mornings and an hour or so in the evenings.

@TravisZN, The lights help alot cause then it's easier to keep an eye on my T's as well as when im feeding them and stuff.

I failed to mention that the tanks slide in an out from the top section of wood with the plexiglass which means that they do not have lids. Much easier way of working with the T's.
