It is possible if she hydrates but not normal. Fresh after a moult even a smithi should be eating. Just see if she settles down and make sure her tank is dry but include a waterbowl.
How long ago did she moult?
You can take an Aphonopelma to crickets but you can't make it eat!

Yes, she is usually a good eater. That's why I'm worried that she's been hurt.
She molted 3 months ago.

It's odd.... if she looks fine and active I wouldn't worry too much, keep us updated though.
