I have moved H.incei egg sacks before with success, but does not mean you will get the same result.
I did not know my females had given me egg sacks and I was in the process of rehousing them.
The first female I found, I had pulled her webbing to get her out, in turn the egg sack came with the webbing leaving the female behind. So all I did was put every thing back to normal and gave her the egg sack back, the female took it back and webbed up her area. 2 weeks later I got slings.
I have also swapped egg sacks around with 2 different females from 2 different enclosures, to see if they will take care of each other egg sacks.
But if I was you I would leave the sack and bugging her to much, you can move them when they are eggs with legs or 1st instr, they easy enough to move when they still with the mommy.
But if you say that the tank is small then it wont be an issue to catch and remove the spiders.
I would not risk missing around with her if this is your first sack, only if you really have to do so.
Also the female would not have dropped if the environment was not right for to do so, so just trust your spider, she knows what she is doing.
Post pictures if you can of the temporary enclosure.
