One of three things:

A Gynandromorph
A mutant (or evolution)
Inbreeding rearing its oh so ugly head

Your mature male Avicularia versicolor has got pedipals on both sides, the one palpal bulb is just extended.
Avicularia tibial hooks are not clearly visible and more like a protrusions on the tibial portion of both front legs.
