Congrats on a successful breeding Hendrijs :)

Any difficulties along the way? I've been told it is sometimes difficult to get the females to drop eggsacks?

She was not very fussy and dropped within days placing her in a new enclosure.

Hendrijs,

Did you pull the sac and incubate or did you leave it with the female?

@ Hendrijs - any special conditioning?

Next question - how long from mating to sack?

Hendrijs,

Would you send more pics of your "incubator"?
How did you make it?

@ Masta_Splinta
The sac wasn't incubated as per say, the eggs with legs was placed on a hammock and kept at 30˚C with Humidity of 85%-90%
The egg sac was opened the day I removed it 18/10/2010, 21 days after it was laid.

@ The Animal
Mating to producing egg sac - 36 days

Mated – 22/8/2010 (over a period of 2 weeks / mating done by pinkT)
Rehoused on the 25/9/2010
Live plant and water bowl present.
Plant area substrate was always wet to the touch.
Egg sac -27/9/2010
Egg sac was produced at 30˚C with Humidity of 70%-85%
Worth noting - she took food once a week and ate it immediately, while keeping guard with at least one leg over the egg sac.

@ yolandeb
I did not use an incubator as per say.
Will send you some info on construction of an incubator.
