So tonight i tought i'd remodel my big 3ft H.Incei tank. (some of you have seen it)

I get the new plants and rocks ready. Tubs close by as i know there is still a few Incei's in there.

I lift up the first rock.......a female with an egg sack. catch the female and remove the sack.

Second rock....ok..a female with a sack. remove her and the sack aswell

Rock no. 3.....um...a female with a sack.. my mood dropped as i knew i had a problem wih these (now) 3 egg sacks.

I am almost to scared to continue.

Rock no. 4....a sjies.. another female also with an egg sack. I just want to cry. and its now coz i am happy.

so with four females and four egg sacks out already..i needed a strong frink by now.

Lifted the fith rock.......

and yes...you guessed it. A female and a sack.

Egg sacks should be a great thing. But in this case they were un-planned. 4 weeks prior to tonight,3 males came out of this tank in a period of 2 weeks. I did not add these as it was a communal baught still as juvies.

My machanical mom as made for 3 egg sacks in the rotating compartments... In there is a Incei sack from another female, the Elegance sack and the Faciatum sack...There is also an Incei sack that was just opened a few days ago that are 1st instars. The only sack thats not 100% mine is the Fasciatum's

The communal was kept naturally.. no extra heat. only a light thats set on a timer for the live plants.

I am proud of these females, but would prefer if they dont surprise me like this again.lol
