Now I don't want to get everyone's hopes up. These T's are notorious for very bad survival rates with eggs sacs...
But the fact is my Female dropped her egg sac last night, and I am holding thumbs, toes and genital organs that this one turns out ok.
Please do the same.
As far as the breeding details, I can't say anything because I simply have no idea what has made this work. I tried mating these T's more than 20 times. Most of which the male was almost destroyed. I kept her in warm conditions, cold conditions and everything in between and nothing seemed to help. I tried it wet, I tried it dry. I asked for help all around the world and nobody gave a damn. One evening she allowed inserts, which was late October/early November.
All I can say, is that I made sure she was well fed all the time, that she always had plenty of water to drink and occasionally misted the substrate to simulate rain. Other than that, it's a mystery.
Basic Breeding Info
Male: HeteroScuderia
Female: HeterScuderia
Mating: 20+ attempts over 6 months, only 2 successful "hook-ups" witnessed. Did not see inserts 100% clearly.
Egg sac completed: 17 Jan 2013
