hiya, my 12 month Brachypelma smithi is molting:
Her previous molt 3months ago took about 3 hours from flipping on her back, to molting and flipping back to normal.
Tonights molt is so far taken 4 hours and she's still very unmoving on her back...
Humidity and temp are normal - will leave her be for as long as it takes,
Is it normal molts take different lengths of time?
What is the average length of time?
Thanks for your input...

I had a female that turned over on her back at about 09
:00 and flip over onto her feet @ 22:00.
Some times a spider can molt within an hour some times it can take longer.
I don't think there is a specific time frame for molting spiders, it just happens. :spider:
