Update, she seems to be doing fine. I have put her by a heat source, for night time temps.
She is in the same place I put her down yesterday.
Leg 1 is also deformed and almost bent over her head, will take a photo once she starts moving around.

Can't really say 100% if she is ok just yet, normally a spider takes a couple of days/ weeks of just laying and stretching out before it becomes active, also to have a bad molt is not good for them as it drains them and weakens them.

So it is a waiting game to see what happens.

Hey Cascade buddy,

Hope she recovers completely but I think you have a great attitude and have done exceptionally well at caring for this lady.

Please keep us posted on the progress.

Well the lady made a full recover, and was walking around and even started webbing her enclosure back up.
Even found her drinking water from the water dish.

Yesterday we went out from about 12:00 and got back around about 22:00, before leaving I went and checked on the lady and noticed a dent on the right side of her abdomen, it was also a bit deformed and had shrunk in size.
So I filled her water dish and misted the one corner of the tank and then left.

Last night when I got home and went to check on her again, she was dead, she had not died like a spider normally dies in a death curl, she was spread out like she has been doing ever since she had the bad molt.
I blow on her to see if she will move but she did not, so I picked her up and turned her over, she had white warms (maggots) crawling out of her abdomen.

If you notice leg one and the right side pedipulper, that what I meant when they were deformed.

Here are some pictures of the lady abdomen.
