If you can post a picture of your spider in Question, just a picture from the top would do with her legs spread out if possible.
Your spider will be fine till her next molt if it does not eat in this time, so don't worry to much.
Have you been keeping track of her molting times? how many months in between molts?
You can keep trying what has been suggested to you, if the spider is really hunger she will eat regardless of her fangs being broken, but only give pre-killed prey items.
No need to cut it up, just flatten its head and maybe tear the crickets abdomen open then drop it close to your spider and leave the food over night, no real need to cut the cricket up though.
The spider normally uses the fangs and the mouth part to chew it's food, but it sounds like there is still small fangs there so it should be able to use what is left over to move and break the cricket up to be able to chew it.
Also give it smaller than normally prey items when giving it a go, also don't try every week to feed, maybe try in 2 weeks time again.
Just make sure you have a water dish so the spider has something to drink.
