Photo has been uploaded

I'm going to say from looking at the photo, I think it looks like a Mature male.
That will explain the fact that the abdomen is shrinking.

As I said in the MSG, here is a picture of a Mature male olive trinidad (H. incei) if you can take a picture of your spider from more or less the same angel, that would help very much.

What you need to be looking for is the Pedi pulper and the tibial hooks like on this spider.
Not my strong side, but hope this helps.

Why do they do this, also his all over the place, seems like he just wants to get out.Is this because he wants to look for a mate or am being a bit stupid?

@ Allen you are not being stupid.

There might be a few different reasons to this, but my opinion would be that he wants to get out to find a mate.

Males are known to wander around in their natural habitat in search of females, as the female will mostly sit and wait for a male to pass by. It is quite a regular site to see some MM actually biting at the enclosures lid in order to try and get out.

How old is the little guy, has he made a sperm web yet?

Fantastic, Tiger Rump calmed down yesterday evening, so tonight I feed her/ him 2 crickets and they were eaten within a couple of minutes. I had nearly given up all hope. Thanks guys for your input. Will take photos once the T is fully recoverd so we can see if its a male or female.
