sigh got into the hobby too late..... also want to get a communal going, but going to have to wait for next year. don't know whether to congratulate you two or wish you luck so... good congratuluckitons.

Why only next year Vash? If you shop around, the whole setup will cost you less than R500, including the gigas!

I have seen them swim ,they don't really go under water but just sort of float around and move :P .
I have seen them bump into each other ,after that they just carried on they own separate ways :whistle:

Great looking setup :) I have my designs already for the enclosures i'm going to be doing. I'm in no rush since I only have a avic avic right now :D

But when I do finally get around to doing them, I will post some pictures.

Really nice enclosure and thinking on making this :happy:

@ spunky and huzi - both your setups are awsome! You have given me some ideas to work with.
My sling H gigas are currently just in a plastic home with loads of peat to burrow and coke bottle lids as pools! Not very exciting!
But i now see you can do so much! I think i must get started on a new home whilst they are still small!
I look forward to seeg how yours go!
